My Hero Academia (僕のヒーローアカデミア or Boku no Hīrō Akademia) is a Japanese superhero manga series written and illustrated by Kōhei Horikoshi. Later on, an animation version was produced by Bones and adapted by directed by Kenji Nagasaki.

The plot is around Izuku Midoriya, a boy born without a superpower(quirk) in a world where 80% of the population has a Quirk. In this society, it is rare to find two individuals with the same power unless they are closely related.

Among the quirk-enhance individuals, some of them earn the title Heroes. That is the cooperation with the authorities in order to apprehend criminals(Villains) who abusively use their powers and cause harm. These Heroes further can earn the title Pro Heroes.

Midoriya dreams of becoming a Hero despite being bullied by his violent childhood friend Katsuki Bakugo due to the fact that he lacks a quirk. However, this does not discourage him from realizing his dearest dream.

Many things began to change as he meets spectacular villains and heroes throughout the series. Before we proceed to today’s post, you should beware that the next section contains some spoilers. 1. Izuku is granted the Honor Of Wielding One For All

Maybe some of you were not surprised, but I was really. All Might was moved by the fact that Izuku attempted despite not having a quirk to rescue his friend from the Sludge villain. He admired his courage and offered his quirk the “One for All“

Izuku was surprised by the fact that so-called genetic abilities can be inherited as there was no archive concerning that in the history of Quirk.

2. Onslaught’s Treatment Of Eri

Izuku and Mirio are aware of Eri’s sad relationship with her presumed father Onslaught but he is far more terrible than it appears.

Despite they know how her father is, they were really astonished when they discover that Onslaught uses Eri in his inhuman experiments with the goal to convert her Rewind into ammo that could negate any Quirk.

This was quite a surprising scene in my hero academia, especially for people who valued parental relationships.

All Might is a Hero who passed decades protecting the country against villains hence reducing the crime rate. While Izuku was conversing with his idol(All Might), he mention to him that his previous injuries prevented him from attending his strength’s peak.

Who would have known that Dabi is Toya Todoroki Endeavor’s presumed dead son? Nobody suspected that the new number one in my hero academia had a son and a cruel one. Endeavor was really amazed when he found out.

The ex-hero Lady Nagant who becomes a villain is sent by All For One to capture and transport Deku to a specified location. But later on, Izuku convinces her to change her mind and at the last second she chooses the justice side.

However, All for one saw this coming up far away and hence destroyed part of her face.

6. Endeavor Destroys High-End Nomu: Hood

The League of Villains wishes to get rid of the two most powerful Pro Heroes in Japan in a single strike with the High-End Nomu: Hood. During the intense battle, the heroes fell back repeatedly and devised tactics to overpower their opponents.

As all seems to be in vain, Endeavor resorts to his prized technique “Prominence Burn” which vaporizes the Nomu. Most of us expected Endeavor to perish in the series my hero academia but unexpectedly, he survives.

In the battle between All Might and All for One, it happens that All for One is significantly stronger than him, whose lack of power is strongly reflected in his transformation into a skinny individual.

He taps into the spiritual presence of his predecessor Nana Shimura who convinces him to fight till the end encouraging him to release everything in his power in one final attack.

8. Tomura Shigaraki As Nana Shimura’s Grandson

Initially, Tomura appears during the USJ incident, where he sparks a bare minimum of interest in the audience and is almost overshadowed by the explosive battle between All Might and the first Nomu. In brief, this is not the important part, what really surprised me is the revelation that Tomura is Nana Shimura’s grandson.

9. All Might Kneels Before Izuku And His Mother

Izuku’s bedroom is full of All Might various Merchandise as he is one of his number one fans. The fact that his Hero kneels before his mom and him and bows is quite unbelievable for both of them as they got surprised.

10. Bakugo Takes All For One’s Attack To Save Izuku

Izuku is Bakugo’s rival in all aspects. Bakugo is a boy full of hatred, affection, jealousy and other emotions and one thing for sure is that he has always hated Izuku since childhood. But as time passes he gradually became slightly likely with him after learning about One For All and its various complications.

And that’s why Bakuga without any hesitation blocked the attack of All for One destinated to Izuku. This is something Izuku will never forget in his life as well as me in the entire my hero academia.
