This is located near the underpass in the north of Shinjuku Station, more exactly, it is in front of the family restaurant Jonathan’s.

Asahi Inari Shrine, Ginza
The shrine is located on the rooftop of a modern office building. The shrine is unique and is one of the best real-life locations of Weathering with you to visit. There is an elevator to the main shrine on the roof. It says “ Shrine Office on the eighth floor and Main Shrine on the roof.”
The elevator only goes up to the eighth floor, so you need to take the stairs to the roof.

Nozoki Hill, Toshima City

Tabata Station
Tabata is a less-known area for foreign tourists but close to the South Exit of Tabata Station, you can visit the surroundings of the station, which served as one of the real-life locations of Weathering With You. It is one of the most important places featured in the anime.

It is located in front of the Shibuya Station Hachikō exit and stops vehicles in all directions to allow pedestrians to inundate the entire intersection.
