A shop near Nakai Station
There are many shops near the Nakai Station, but there is one in particular where Makoto, Chiaki and Kousuke meet. Unfortunately, I can’t read Japanese so it’s difficult to identify that precise shop. But from the image below, the shop seems to be a perfect duplicate of the real one
The Automaton Clock
An automaton clock near the Nakai Station is equally featured in the anime, same as the shop, the clock looks very similar to the real life one except for the moving part in the anime.
However, I’m not sure the Automaton clock exists today but below you can have a view of the two automaton clocks
