Hello! I would like to show you my latest project. During this time of COVID-19 I have spent most of my year 2020 being stranded here in the Philippines. In this time I have been working on five sculptures that are theme-based.
The themes of the five sculptures will represent topics or issues that we have gone through collectively as one world during the year 2020. I hope to be releasing a new website that will not only show the work of the sculptures but also a collage of relevant, dramatic photos, prose and music. The five topics are: CLIMATE CHANGE, COVID, BLACK LIVES MATTER, DIVISION/UNITY, HOPE
In the year 2020 not only we do witness and experience civil unrest, political turmoil, we are also seeing and experiencing the true effects of climate change. Mother Nature is our planet, she is our collective mother and she will survive regardless if we do or not.
The beauty and value of mother nature is ours to behold or to ignore. To respect her is to want to save her from the greed of man. We now as mankind have reached the point of now or never, action or inaction. We can collectively save our species from extinction through unified effort or our mother will let us go.
This exhibition will take place in ANTHONY HORTH GALLERY, New York – The United States. The exhibition date range from March 18, 2021 to June 24, 2021.
