Working as a team, and cooperating together is far better than solo levelling. Most people rather than joining hands together to finish a task will rather prefer tasking alone because they may think they don’t need anyone or just like showing off. However, at worst, this can cause a lot of drawbacks and eventually lead to failure. Today we will focus on Naruto Uzumaki’s relationship with his teammates Sakura and Sasuke.

Uzumaki Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke were rather a strange member combination and on top had a strange love triangle. To put it simply, Naruto felt attracted to Sakura who felt attracted to Sasuke who was constantly obsessed with his brother Itachi. Sakura somehow hated Naruto and Naruto somehow took Sasuke as his rival as he was always jealous of him.

Kakashi really had a rough time training these guys while controlling his temper. Well without waiting longer these are the 9 times team seven failed to cooperate together in a task.

1. Sakura beg Naruto to Bring Sasuke Back

It’s not that I’m not really a fan of Sakura but I think she is self-center. When Sasuke was about to leave the village, she tries with all mean to persuade him to stay but unfortunately failed. She even offers to go with him and help carry out his revenge but in vain.

On the other side, she literally begs Naruto to bring Sasuke back to her. We all know she was crazy about Sasuke but that should not justify her actions. On top of that, she did not even go with Naruto to find their friend so that they could rebuild team seven but she was willing to abandon the village with Sasuke.

2. Naruto and Sasuke Fight Against Each Other

During a conflict between Itachi and Sasuke, Naruto rather than working together with Sasuke, spouts out that he never felt inferior to him and they end up charging at each other at full power on the hospital’s rooftop. On the other hand, Sakura desperately runs into them in order to stop them.

3. Sasuke tries to fight Itachi Alone

Naru who was supposed to be in the care of Jiraiya was left alone and consequently, Itachi appears to him but he doesn’t even have a little chance to stand against him.

Sasuke despite knowing how powerful his brother is and due to his hatred for his brother, blindly charges on him screaming at Naruto to stay out of his way. Rather than going mad like that in the name of revenge, I think if Naruto and Sasuke worked together, they could develop a plan plus Itachi was not even alone, he was companied by Kisame.

It’s true that Sasuke is a loner full of vengeful thoughts due to his past and always tries to keep anyone away from his problems. He purposely hide his cursed mark from his teammates and prevent Sakura who knew the truth about it to alert others. Many things would have been different if the curse was known earlier

5. Sasuke follows Gaara alone instead of seeking assistance from his teammates

After the Konoha crush begins, Temari and Kankuro escape with Gaara and Sasuke immediately decides to follow them with the intent of finishing up his fight with Gaara and unfortunately failed. It will have been better if he was following them with the aim of trying to gain time for his squadmate’s arrival

6. Sasuke does not help Naruto In The Fight Against Orochimaru

In the first encounter of Orochimaru with team seven, Sasuke ended up paralyzed by fear and hence unable to do something. He was completely trapped in his head and failed despite using physical pains to break out. Naruto, later on, arrives on the scene and criticises Sasuke for letting his fear take over him. Thanks to the nine-tails chakra Naruto was able to stand against Orochimaru. However, things would have been better if the two could cooperate together to develop a strategy.

While Naruto was still exhausted from the tree-climbing exercise, he was left behind and Kakashi, Sakura, and Sasuke make for the bridge. When he wakes up, he immediately rushes to the bridge. Upon arrival, he notices Sasuke is been trapped in a mirror. Since Naruto could easily attack from the outside, Sasuke started coming up with a plan in order to appease the situation. However, Naruto without even thinking for a second simply head on to save Sasuke who almost got killed because of his naughty head.

8. Sasuke tries to work with Naruto During Their Tree-Climbing Training

As Kakashi is out of commission, Sakura, Sasuke and Naruto are tasked to perform some personal chakra training. Sakura who already knows how to control his chakra, passed the task easily. However, as for Sasuke and Naruto, they still need a bit of practice in order to complete it. Naruto later realizes that cooperating with Sakura would have easier than working alone. Sasuke also realizes it later when they are alone but Naruto refuses to work with him.

9. They Almost Failed Kakashi’s First Exam Because They Were Prioritizing Themselves

If you remember this scene of their first group task in the anime or manga where each one was only concerned about himself. Instead of working together in order to attack Kakashi, Naruto just charges at him alone, while Sasuke believes he is more powerful and does not need them. While Sakura only has Sasuke in mind rather than trying to work with Naruto.
