He is one of the most powerful main characters in jujutsu kaisen and despite his imposing physicality, Fushiguro has a kind heart toward good people. He wishes to protect them all from evil. On the contrary, he is insensitive and cruel when discussing the deaths of criminals and killers.
Abilities
During a fight, Fushiguro can quickly spot the weaknesses his opponents may have. This was demonstrated when he realised that Hanami’s “Branches” was his weak spot. Additionally, Fushiguro is also capable of determining the cursed techniques his opponents may have.
He uses the Ten Shadows Technique to create advanced Shikigami and store objects, as well as himself within shadows. Even though Fushiguro is not the most powerful character, he merits this place among the strongest main characters in Jujutsu Kaisen anime.

9. Aoi Todo

He became very friendly towards Yuji, after learning that they have the same taste when it comes to women, and also believes they are brothers.
Aoi maintains that every individual is unique, something that people take for granted. Due to his comic nature, he deserves his place as one of the most powerful main characters in Jujutsu Kaisen.
Abilities
Aoi is exceptionally tactical in hand-to-hand combat. He was able to defeat five cursed spirits of the first degree and one of the special degree during an attack on Kyoto.
Aoi is a very observant sorcerer, as he is able to analyse and predict his neighbours within seconds. His curse is called the Boogie-Woogie. It enables him to swap positions of two objects or persons containing cursed energy.

8. Yuji Itadori

Itadori always considers others first and is willing to sacrifice himself for them. He is another main character in Jujutsu Kaisen. When he and Megumi were under the threat of being killed by a curse, Yuji impulsively swallowed Sukuna’s finger to exorcise the curse and save them despite having met Megumi for the first time on that day.
Abilities
Yuji is quite powerful even without using his cursed energy, as he can destroy walls with ease, throwing a lead ball with enough force to bend a football goalpost ( watch this scene in episode one).
When Yuji lands a punch on the target, his cursed energy flows and makes a stronger second impact.
When it comes to reflexes and speed, Itadori can finish a metre track in 3 seconds, meaning he can run at speeds of 16.7m/s (60.12km/h). He was fast enough to dodge Choso’s Piercing Blood, which travels at the speed of sound.
Some people argue that Yuji is the most powerful character because he is the main protagonist. Instead, he is one of the main characters in Jujutsu Kaisen.

7. Toge Inumaki

Toge Inumaki is a very calm character, this is because he inherited the Jugon(Cursed Speech). He doesn’t speak in order to prevent accidentally cursing someone with his enchanted words.
He has great self-confidence and has never panicked in front of Hanami, a special grade curse.
Abilities and Powers
Toge’s ability infuses enchanted energy into everything he says, forcing everyone who hears to obey his orders, especially the weaker curses.
Toge’s Crumbled-Away technique creates a small field of intensely heavy gravity that crushes his targets until they are violently sent underground. He uses Don’t-Move or Stop to completely immobilise his opponents and their attacks.

6. Kento Nanami

Kento is blunt and straight in most of his conversations, and knows how to separate sentimentalism from service. Kento is very quick to express his dissatisfaction, either verbally or facially. He is very time conscious, hence loves to do what is required of him in a well-defined time.
Despite his over-serious appearance, Kento is actually sociable and doesn’t mind intelligent conversations.
Abilities and Powers
Nanami is a Master Swordsman. He is amazingly good when he uses his blunt sword in combat. Nanai can cut through anything, including a blocking opponent that is using cursed energy to defend themselves.
Nanami’s Tookaku Juho(Rato’s Technique) can divide his target with ten lines and this will create a weak spot on his opponent, giving him the advantage.

5. Mahito

Mahito is not human despite his human looks. He is a savage cursed spirit who enjoys playing with human emotions. Mahito has no regard for human lives and believes that the human race should be wiped out completely.
Abilities and Powers
Mahito’s evil power called the Idle Transfiguration allows him to reshape souls including his. Hence, he can reshape his victim’s body, regenerate and even clone himself.
Mahito was able to contain a fight against Nanami and Yuji and was about to defeat them if it were not for Sukuna’s appearance.

4. Jogo

It is Jogo’s belief that cursed spirits are the purest form of humans, and that is why he passionately carries the mission of killing humans, as he considers them counterfeits.
He is arrogant and too sure of himself. He does not hesitate to kill humans when he has the opportunity.
Abilities
Using his occult power called the Disaster Flames, Jogo can create mini-volcanoes which generate powerful fire eruptions that are capable of destroying everything in their path.

3. Hanami

Very concerned about the well-being of planet Earth, Hanami kills humans only to save the Earth, as it is his belief that they are a threat to Earth’s survival.
Hanami loves his kind, to the point of sacrificing himself to rescue Jogo in a fight against Satoru Gojo.

Abilities
Hanami’s body is reinforced by a hard shell. This shell gave him the ability to break Kasumi Miwa’s sword upon impact. Additionally, Hanami’s ability to suck the life force from the surrounding environment means he can sustain damage that would disable most sorcerers or Curses.
2. Sukuna

He is indeed one of the most powerful main characters in jujutsu. Sukuna is considered the king of Curses because of his power and calculative mind. He is extremely immoral, cold-hearted and cruel towards humans. He is fearless and does not care about the consequences of his actions.
Abilities
With the Dismantle technique, Sukuna is able to inanimate objects and tear his opponent apart. For example, Sukuna literally tore apart Mahito after the Curse tried to manipulate his soul.
With the Reverse Cursed Technique, Sukuna is capable of regenerating lost limbs instantly.
He is also tactically intelligent in Hand-to-hand combat. He defeated Megumi with physical strikes alone.

Saturo has successfully convinced himself that he is the strongest in Jujutsu Kaisen to the point of nicknaming himself “The Strongest” and it turns out to be true. This has brought him some respect from other sorcerers.
He often mocks Sukuna and easily defeats him in battle.
He is very playful towards his close collaborators, friends and students. However, Saturo is hard-hearted and ruthless towards sorcerer executives.
Abilities
Being a descendant of the Gojo family, Saturo has inherited two techniques, the Limitless and the Six Eyes. With these two techniques, he is able to anticipate any attack from his opponent and retaliates with a powerful and precise counter-attack.
There are other good numbers of powerful characters in Jujutsu Kaisen like Panda, Kenja: Pseudo Geto, and Yuta Okkotsu. But the above classification is for most of us, the powerful main characters in Jujutsu Kaisen with Saturo Gojo as the top most powerful character for now.
