There is one thing most Japanese animes always do, and that is to transfer information. The majority of information transferred is always on their culture, their past, their religious beliefs and above all how Japan looks like. This goes the same with the anime Tokyo Revengers, which centers mainly in Tokyo, showing us its diversity. There are correlations between some locations in the Tokyo Revengers anime and in real life, and that shall be our discussion topic in the following lines. Hence let’s dig into our selected top locations of Tokyo Revengers in Tokyo, Japan you need to visit once in a lifetime
- Shinjuku Station.
- Shibuya crossing
- Shibuya Hachiko Exit Bicycle Parking
- Musashi Shrine
- Parthenon thama in Tokyo.
- Jonathan’s Family Restaurant
1. Shinjuku Station.
Shinjuku Station is surely our first real life location. It is specifically in this location that the life of the MC (main character) takes a U-turn. It leaves from boring to spicy time travelling. This is the station where the MC; Takemichi Hanagaki discovers he could leap 12 years back through time. This is discovered after he is almost run down by the train. For visual proof, check episode 1 of the anime.
The Shinjuku Station is a major railway station in the Shinjuku and Shibuya wards in Tokyo. With up to 13 train lines, it is the second busiest train station in the world.
Location: 3 Chome-38-1 Shinjuku, Shinjuku City, Tokyo 160-0022, Japan

2. LOCATIONS OF TOKYO REVENGERS: Shibuya crossing
Another location, and the most famous actually in Tokyo is the Shibuya Crossing. Seen throughout many episodes (very normal. The setting is Tokyo). This is where the creation of one of the powerful gangs, the Tokyo Manji gang was inaugurated.
Tokyo’s most identifiable landmark apart from Tokyo Tower is the Shibuya Crossing. It is an unquestioned must-visit for any trip to Tokyo.

3. Shibuya Hachiko Exit Bicycle Parking
This location still surprises me. Using an underground way as a bicycle parking spot (talk about creativity). It is in this location where Draken tries to persuade Kazutora concerning the fight between Valhalla and Tokyo manji gang. The underground location makes the discussion between the two kids look like a secret yakuza transaction.
Sometimes the simplest of things really strike a note and make you feel all good inside. This is the vibe this location gives out. Why so? Because despite the fact that Shibuya is one of the busiest wards of Tokyo (the Shibuya crossing can prove it), a calm, solitary, and lonely underground passage exists. Cars can’t pass there. Only pedestrians and their thoughts can be felt.
Location: 1 Chome-26 Shibuya, Shibuya City, Tokyo 150-0041, Japan
We are expecting a second season of the anime soon but no date has been mentioned yet. However, this is all that you need to know about Tokyo Revengers Season 2.
4. LOCATIONS OF TOKYO REVENGERS: Musashi Shrine
This following location taps into the Japanese conservative tradition. They have a strong sense of belief in their Shinto gods. The Musashi shrine is the assembly point of the Tokyo Manji gang. They assemble there for discussions and assault planings.
It is said that acknowledging your God is the first step to success. Japan is full of many memorial Shinto shrines in acknowledgement of a certain deity. The Musashi shrine is one of many others, that most Japanese visit in order to pray. It is open for visits to anyone, hence a great place for Japanese culture enrichment.

The locations listed above are the top locations of Tokyo Revengers in Tokyo. Why so? It is because each of the locations stated marks a turning point;
- Shinjuku station with Takemichi discovering his powers.
- Shibuya crossing, where the Tokyo Manji gang inauguration took place.
- Shibuya Hachiko Exit Bicycle Parking, on the eve of a serious brawl. Draken discusses things with Kazutora.
Last but not least, the Musashi Shrine. It acts like the Headquarters for the Tokyo Manji gang. Important decisions were held there
Added to that, we have some locations of Tokyo Revengers that look like some real life places in Tokyo. These places were not directly spelt in the anime, just some visual correspondence;
I will recommend great fans of the anime to equally check out these anime like Tokyo Revengers. You may find a better sensation and experience
5. Parthenon thama in Tokyo.
The next destination is where the illegal fights of the Tokyo Manji gang were organised and where our MC met with the bosses of the gang.
Actually, the term Parthenon Thama, brings out a lot of cultural places in Tokyo.
6. Jonathan’s Family Restaurant
It looks like the restaurant where Mikey and Draken went to eat.
Location: 2 Chome-1-38 Midoricho, Koganei, Tokyo 184-0003, Japan
